At Mithqal, every piece is made with care and ships after a rigorous quality check. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Eligible for Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Item received defective or damaged
  • Wrong size received (subject to stock availability)
  • Item received differs from what was ordered

Time Limit

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. No exchanges will be processed after this window.

Item Condition

The item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a photo showing the defect or error

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items purchased during a special offer
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Change of mind (our drops are limited — every order is final)
